The QuickChange Banner System was developed for the outdoor advertising industry as an alternative method for installing 30-Sheet Posters on Poster Panel Billboards, over the traditional method of posting pre-pasted paper onto the panel face. The system, which is known as the QuickFlex System in the billboard industry, was designed to eliminate many of the problems that plagued the traditional method such as messy glue, pre-pasting machines, flagging paper, the unsafe use of posting ladders and many others. However, it was soon realized that this product was so flexible that it could be used in almost any application where the constant change out of short-term and long-term banners is required.
The system, which consists of a stainless steel cable, pulleys, galvanized tensioning levers and banner clips, is hidden within the outer perimeter frame of the banner. This gives the banners a clean, finished look over the unsightly grommets and bungee cords of today’s method. Designed to accept a variety of substrates from Polyethylene to PVC Vinyl; the installation of QuickChange banners is simple and inexpensive. Every printer you work with is equipped and ready to produce the QuickChange banners, which do not require any pocketing or hemming, the banners are simply cut to size and the edges left unfinished.
